Founded in Berlin in 2025 by Oliver-Selim Boualam and Denis Olgac, Home Gym 45 is an ongoing collaborative project exploring the intersections of sports, social life, and collective experiences.

Rooted in their backgrounds in design and the arts, HG45 brings together ideas, activities, and experimental formats that foster movement, exchange, and community.

HG45 is a space where designers, artists, and athletes come together to explore new approaches to the design and development of workout and recovery tools.
